As a Training Manager, you are responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating training sessions that focus on the principles, techniques, safety, and procedures related to the telecommunications industry. In addition, you will:

• Lead, Instruct, Facilitate, and Prepare employees for their Class A CDL Exam.
• Report to CDL Academy Program Manager.
• Coordinate with Fleet to ensure training/testing vehicles are Class A CDL test ready.
• Up to 50% travel required.
• Escort candidates to CDL testing facilities.
• Proactive in FMCSA knowledge and adaptation.

Job Requirements for application consideration:

MUST HAVE Valid and active Class A CDL.

• MUST HAVE Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL Driving Experience while holding a Class A CDL.
• MUST HAVE Instructor and/or facilitating experience.
• MUST HAVE 3 authentic referrals.
• MUST live within 50 miles of Lewisville Tx.
• MUST be willing to travel up to 50%.

• You have a journeyman level of experience and skill in telecommunications aerial construction
• You must be competent to perform all tasks and duties of a journeyman in the field of telecommunications construction
• You have a valid driver's license
• You are an authorized OSHA Outreach Instructor
• You have a Medic First Aid certification
• Can lift up to 75 lbs.
• Maintain extended periods of bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, lifting in awkward positions, standing, twisting, reaching above shoulder level, working in confined spaces, working off a pole, or in a bucket
• You are a highly organized person and can show planning and processes to support daily work
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office products - Outlook, Excel, Word, etc., with an emphasis on PowerPoint
• You have positive people skills and a pleasant demeanor
• You are punctual and dependable
• Travel within the region is expected
