Location: Hybrid, primarily remote, with periodic travel to the Delmarva area office locations as needed, residing in DE, MD, PA, with reasonable driving distance to Dover, DE

Your role in our success will be...

The Network Administrator II is responsible for designing, maintaining and installing the company's enterprise infrastructure. Additionally, this involves ensuring the availability and security of the enterprise to support the business's growth strategy.

What you'll be working on...



  • Manage and monitor the Cisco Meraki network environment supporting remote offices across a multi site enterprise along with traditional Cisco infrastructure at corporate locations
  • Support and maintain a Meraki SDWAN environment connecting distributed offices and ensuring reliable secure site connectivity
  • Design deploy and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN WAN VPN and wireless networks across distributed sites
  • Support Cisco networking infrastructure including switching, firewalls, routers and VPN connectivity
  • Support and maintain Zscaler connectivity and policies to ensure secure internet access and traffic inspection across the enterprise
  • Assist with Azure networking including connectivity between on premise infrastructure and Azure virtual networks as part of a hybrid enterprise architecture
  • Lead and coordinate site refreshes across multiple sites by working with third party vendors and remote hands to schedule, install and replace equipment.
  • Monitor network performance troubleshoot outages and support infrastructure upgrades and optimization efforts
  • Manage ISP relationships including circuit ordering turn ups troubleshooting escalations and billing review
  • Coordinate with service providers and vendors during outages maintenance and infrastructure changes
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure network continuity
  • Maintain network diagrams IP addressing standards configuration baselines and technical documentation
  • Follow established configuration and change management processes to ensure safe and successful infrastructure changes
  • Respond to and resolve site issues through the enterprise ticketing system
  • Collaborate with internal teams vendors and service providers to maintain reliable network services across all locations
  • Provide reporting on network health operational status and security compliance
  • Support operational processes including Incident Problem Change Release and Request Management
  • Stay current on networking technologies and best practices to ensure the environment remains secure reliable and scalable


Who you are...



  • High School Diploma required
  • Five years of experience in network administration role
  • CCNA, Azure Network Engineer Associate, Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist preferred
