Maintenance Yard Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard and shop areas
• Assist with moving vehicles and equipment around the yard
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as sweeping, pressure washing, and trash removal
• Monitor inventory of shop supplies and notify supervisor of shortages
• Support mechanics with tool and equipment setup
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the shop supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a yard or maintenance role is a plus
• Ability to operate forklifts, pressure washers, and other shop equipment (training provided if needed)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license

Working Conditions:

• Construction Site Environment - physical ability to stand, walk, crawl, bend, reach and climb. Lifting and carrying material and objects. Exposed to high noise levels.
