How You'll Make a Difference

You will take on the role of a senior individual contributor and a core member of the Product Center of Excellence (currently Product Research & Analytics). This role owns the enterprise-wide product management operating model and is responsible for raising the maturity, consistency, and effectiveness of product management across the organization.
Operating as a force-multiplier, the Product Practice Lead defines how products are discovered, prioritized, built, measured, and evolved across all product teams. This role empowers teams with clear standards, shared language, and scalable practices-not acting as a gatekeeper, but as an architect and enabler of strong product thinking.
The Product Practice Lead operates with enterprise-wide impact, influencing outcomes across multiple product lines and partnering closely with Product Leadership to continuously improve how the organization invests in and delivers products.

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • 6-10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Enablement, Product Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Deep expertise in modern product management practices, including discovery, experimentation, prioritization, OKRs, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience defining, scaling, or operating within product playbooks and operating models in a growing or complex organization.
  • Proven ability to influence product outcomes beyond a single product or team.
  • Exceptional facilitator with experience leading workshops across Product, Design, Engineering, Research, and Analytics.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a track record of elevating PM thinking and decision quality.
  • Clear, persuasive communicator with the ability to influence without authority and communicate effectively at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Deep experience partnering with UX Research, Product, Design, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
  • Strong ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable, outcome-driven decisions.
  • Enablement-oriented and systems-focused, prioritizing clarity, scalability, and team empowerment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset; comfortable iterating practices as organizational needs evolve.
  • Strong strategic thinker who can simplify complexity and drive alignment across diverse teams.
