The HR Operations Specialist will be part of a team that consists of 13 team members, and he/she serves as the first point of contact for all employees, managers, Human Resources and external stakeholders and provides support for HR-related inquiries in HR Operations. A Day in the Life
This position is required to provide exceptional customer service and accurate information regarding HR policies, processes, and procedures and conduct transactions related to job changes, document management, employment verifications, and unemployment claims.
