Analyst, Asset Management

Job Location: Hershey, PA

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Analyst Asset Management supports IS Business Office administrative activities that support Device as a Service (DaaS) Governance, IT Asset Management, IT Financial Compliance, and related KPIs.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Performs on-time invoice submission and reconciliation with a focus on Telecom Expense Management and enterprise DaaS Subscription Management

* Coordinates supplier quotation and submission of IS purchase order requests on behalf of the IT Tech Ops organization ensuring compliance to procurement and financial process and alignment to departmental forecasts.

* Performs asset management activities such as software/hardware/services procurement, chargeback and enterprise Total Cost of Ownership reporting. Collaborates with ITAM and ServiceNow Platform teams to ensure timely and accurate updates to catalog items and portals, and other requirements as assigned

* Monitors supplier compliance to company operational and financial policies, monitors contractual key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

* Maintains accurate and timely data to enable effective reporting, seamless system integration and processing, as well as robust security compliance

* Responds to and manages events using defined processes and behaviors, engages with relevant stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Strong Knowledge of: Telecom and IT Supplier Expense Management, IT Asset Lifecycle and related IT Service Operations Management leveraging tools and services to drive cost optimization.

* Customer Service Orientation: Demonstrates a user-first mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically. Builds trust by resolving issues efficiently and providing proactive support.

* Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis: Uses analytical thinking to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues. Applies structured troubleshooting methods and escalates appropriately when needed.

* Collaboration & Teamwork: Works effectively with cross-functional teams including IT, business partners, and external suppliers. Shares knowledge and contributes to a positive, solutions-focused team culture.

* Adaptability & Learning Agility: Stays current with evolving technologies and best practices. Quickly adapts to new tools and processes while continuously seeking ways to improve service delivery.

* Continuous Improvement: Proactively identifies opportunities to enhance processes, technology adoption, and service reliability in alignment with company strategy.

Experience & Education:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications in ITIL or Agile process. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience: 3-5 years experience in Telecom Expense Management. IT Asset lifecycle process, ServiceNow ITAM (HAM/SAM/CMDB), SAP Ariba

Technical aptitude with strong PC literacy skills. Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software environments.
