The Role:

To provide a friendly and positive service to all guests, supervise all slot technicians, and evaluate all slot machines performance.

Responsibilities:



  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Maintains a good working relationship with Louisiana State Police.
  • Plans and implements machine moves and conversions.
  • Maintains an effective parts inventory program.
  • Evaluates Technical staff and takes corrective action if necessary.
  • Enforces company and Louisiana State Police policies and procedures.
  • Maintains a good working relationship with Shift Manager, and Director and other departments. Settles guest disputes when necessary.
  • Protects company assets.
  • Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise Slot Techs.
  • Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
