Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data Analyst - Hybrid position with a Major Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. This role will support the Insider Risk team by analyzing various data sources, creating technical requirements, and ensuring data quality. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and data development teams to create technical specifications for key initiatives and understand the data flow into the enterprise data warehouse. Responsibilities: Gather and organize data from internal systems, spreadsheets, and reports Analyze trends, patterns, and business performance using Excel or BI tools Work with cross-functional teams to interpret data in a business context Create technical specifications and requirements for Insider Risk initiatives Understand ETL processes and data sources being loaded into the data warehouse Requirements: 10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst Strong experience in SQL and relational databases is a must Exposure to using Postman or other API tools and familiarity with REST API calls Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data Effective communication skills Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI Desired skills: Proficient in Python Pay rate up to $56.37 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
