Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and operational excellence expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes, and enhancing project governance. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, operations, and project management), support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and contribute to automating workflows and tracking performance metrics.

You'll specifically take care of engineering delivery performance tracking and process automation, but also assist in governance practices and data consolidation.

We'll look to you for:



  • Implementing engineering improvement plans based on key performance indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, delivery, and cost
  • Assisting with planning cycles and preparing performance reports for S&OP
  • Enhancing governance practices and standardizing processes across engineering projects
  • Identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
  • Tracking and analyzing engineering performance metrics, including task dependencies
  • Supporting data consolidation and reporting for improved decision-making

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience or understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
  • Knowledge of project management and governance practices
  • Familiarity with data analysis and performance tracking tools
  • A Lean Six Sigma or similar certification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
