This role provides technical leadership for OT/Industrial environments across the Americas, with a focus on scalable, repeatable solution design. In addition to supporting strategic deals, the role is responsible for developing reusable reference architectures, strengthening industry-specific solution patterns, and connecting technical design with business impact in manufacturing and utilities environments. Key Responsibilities Act as the OT Security SME for America across Manufacturing & Utilities Support local sales teams in strategic OT opportunities Provide technical leadership during complex industrial engagements Assist Security Engineering (SE) teams in designing OT architectures Support channel partners in OT solution positioning and delivery Lead OT-focused customer workshops and architecture sessions Align OT security designs with IEC 62443, NIS2, and US regulatory frameworks Drive segmentation and secure remote access strategies in industrial networks Collaborate with Product, Alliances, and Vertical leadership to refine OT use cases Represent the company in industry events and executive engagements Develop and maintain reusable reference architectures for key OT use cases (e.g., segmentation, secure remote access) Standardize solution design patterns to enable repeatable deployments across customers Adapt architecture design to industry-specific environments (manufacturing vs utilities) and operational constraints Support field teams in connecting technical solutions to business impact (e.g., downtime reduction, risk mitigation) Contribute to building structured OT solution frameworks and reusable assets across the organization You Will Be Responsible For Establishing technical credibility in the Americas Industrial market Supporting strategic deals across America with deep OT expertise Enabling partners to deliver secure OT architectures Elevating internal SE capability in OT security Acting as the technical anchor for OT-related opportunities Ensuring field alignment on Industrial messaging and architecture Supporting strategic deals with scalable and repeatable architecture approaches Enabling partners with structured and standardized OT architectures Driving adoption of reusable architecture frameworks across the field Strengthening alignment between technical design and business outcomes in customer engagements Qualifications 10+ years of experience in OT / ICS / Industrial environments Hands-on experience working inside manufacturing plants, utilities, or critical infrastructure Experience engaging CISOs, Heads of OT, and plant leadership Background from industrial or OT-focused organizations such as: Siemens Honeywell Rockwell Automation ABB Schneider Electric Claroty Armis Strong knowledge of: SCADA / DCS systems PLC environments (e.g., Siemens S7, Rockwell) Purdue Model architecture IEC 62443 NIS2 and American compliance frameworks OT segmentation and secure remote access Authorized in the US to work without sponsorship now or in the future EOE M/F/Veterans/Disabled
