JOB TITLE: Inventory Analyst and Auditor
LOCATION: Houston, TX POSITION REPORTS TO: Lubricants Inventory & Audit Manager SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some overtime and weekends may be required. COMPENSATION: Commensurate with skills and experience RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate physical inventory cycle counts * Investigate cycle count variances and resolve issues * Responsible for recording and tracking all documents relating to the physical inventories * Conduct ongoing process constraint analyses * Report on periodic variances and their causes, focusing on process improvement * Prepare and balance book inventory reports * Assist branches in balancing inventory * Provide support for yearly audits * Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the manager BASIC REQUIREMENTS * Must be local (live within 60 miles) * Must be a self-starter, dependable, adaptable, flexible and requires minimal supervision * Hands -on experience with inventory reconciliation and variance analysis * Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook programs * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with knowledge of formulas * Excellent organizational and analytical skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadlines * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including spelling and grammar * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Advanced mathematical skills PREFERRED * Internal Audit Experience * SAP Experience RelaDyne, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
