About the role: We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright with plant or industrial facility experience. You will support plant reliability by performing mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring safe and efficient operations. You will focus on safety, responds to callouts, and work in a fastpaced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to callouts to maintain plant availability and minimize downtime * Perform maintenance tasks involving the repair, replacement, installation, and removal of mechanical and electrical equipment and structural components * Inspect and verify maintenance clearances before beginning work to ensure safe and compliant execution * Troubleshoot plant machinery by identifying issues, evaluating component failures, and determining corrective actions * Disassemble, repair, reassemble, and replace equipment and associated mechanical parts * Monitor operating equipment and analyze plant operating data to identify abnormalities and potential equipment issues * Support reliability and preventive maintenance efforts by identifying worn components and addressing issues before failures occur * Follow all plant safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and standard operating processes * Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to support smooth plant functionality Qualifications: Experienced working in industrial plants, refineries, manufacturing facilities, or similar environments * Experienced in mechanical repair, rotating equipment, millwright techniques, and equipment understanding * Read and interpret maintenance clearances, technical manuals, and equipment specifications * Troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problemsolving abilities * Safetydriven and familiar with plant safety standards, lockout/tagout, and permittowork systems * A team member who can respond to callouts and adjust to operational needs Our Safety Pledge to You: If you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
