We seek a bioinformatics specialist to contribute to projects that define how resistance to targeted therapy arises, and how genomic and epigenomic alterations determine which patients will benefit from a therapy. This position is ideal for someone seeking research experience before applying to graduate or medical school. Individuals previously holding this role at our lab are now in medical school programs at Oregon Health Sciences University, Baylor University, and the Cleveland Clinic. Recent projects from our group have been published in Nature Genetics, Nature Cell Biology, and Cancer Research (Quigley Lab).
