The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $90,792- $140,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

What You Will Do In This Role:




  • Assist project and technical engineers in integration of new systems.



  • Assist technical and development personnel in application quality testing. Install, commission, and test installation of material handling solutions.



  • Provide specified technical support to customers.



  • Troubleshoot server hardware, Ethernet networks and other peripherals such as printers.



  • Provide resolutions for Dematic software and hardware products. Coordinate escalation of software bugs to developers to assist in creating patches and fixes for software errors.



  • Resolve issues and assist with system migrations, upgrades, deployments and support.



  • Design and develop test plans for software releases.



  • Develop functional, system, performance and exception test cases and scripts.


  • Analyze test cases and provide regular progress reports.
  • Support provisioning of hardware components, escalation from customer side.?



What We Are Looking For:



  • Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or related field and 2 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Software Engineer, Systems Engineer or closely related occupation in the material handling industry.
  • Also requires 2 years of experience with Oracle and MS SQL databases; Windows and Linux operating systems; Java, C, C# or Python; Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); Warehouse Control Systems (WCS); and using Matflo and DiQ platforms.
  • 20% travel to various unanticipated domestic locations and occasionally international. Located at Dematic Corp. Headquarters in Grand Rapids, MI. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S. Apply at jobs.localjobnetwork.com.
