As a Litigation Paralegal you will support the global litigation function by providing advanced paralegal, eDiscovery, and matter management support to in-house attorneys and outside counsel. You will be responsible for managing litigation processes, discovery, legal holds, and case documentation to ensure efficient, compliant, and timely resolution of legal matters. Our team operates in a fast paced, high-stakes environment requiring strong judgment, technical proficiency, and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will operate in a complex global litigation environment involving significant volumes of electronically stored information (ESI), multiple jurisdictions, and tight courtdriven deadlines. You will interface regularly with internal legal teams, business stakeholders, IT, records management, and outside counsel, and must adapt to evolving AI legal technologies and discovery tools.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Support multiple active litigation, arbitration, and investigative matters simultaneously
  • Manage large volumes of electronic and hardcopy discovery materials, including ESI collections, reviews, and productions
  • Influence legal cost control through invoice review and compliance with billing guidelines
  • Impact risk management, compliance, and legal outcomes through accurate tracking of deadlines, records, and legal holds.
Accountabilities:

This position is accountable for the following end results (listed in descending order of importance):

  • Ensure effective litigation support and case readiness by independently interviewing and gathering materials from custodians for litigation matters, conducting legal research and writing, preparing drafts of briefs, motions, correspondence, and organizing case materials and exhibits
  • Manage discovery and evidence lifecycle by collecting, processing, reviewing, producing, and maintaining electronic and hardcopy discovery materials in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Administer eDiscovery and legal technology processes by managing ESI during prelitigation, litigation, and investigations, leveraging analytics and AIenabled tools, and maintaining proficiency with evolving discovery platforms
  • Maintain matter management and legal hold compliance by administering legal holds, drafting and distributing notices, tracking acknowledgments, and supporting records retention and document productions
  • Support litigation operations and risk reporting by tracking court deadlines, filings, subpoenas, and key dates, maintaining litigation files, and preparing reports and metrics on litigation status and data requests
  • Enable efficient legal operations by reviewing invoices for compliance with billing guidelines, coordinating meetings, managing assigned projects, and performing additional administrative and projectbased duties as required.

Required Skills / Abilities:
  • Strong litigation paralegal experience supporting complex civil litigation and investigations
  • Handson experience with eDiscovery platforms and ESI management
  • Working knowledge of discovery rules, legal holds, and records retention requirements
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data accurately under tight, courtdriven deadlines
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
Education and Licensing Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred
  • Experience supporting complex commercial litigation preferred
Working Conditions:
  • This position is based out of our global headquarters in Allentown, PA and operates in a professional office environment
