Overview

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. This role will be located in New York City, NY.

The Product Manager - Commercial Card & Spend Management is a dynamic role and is responsible for the growth and adoption of Commercial Card and Spend Management products for Commercial and Innovation Banking clients. In this role, you will stay on top of market trends, gather customer feedback along client relationship teams, and drive the development and execution of the Card platform road-map. You will be responsible for coordinating all stages of product management from conception to development and commercialization. . You will work closely with the Head of Platform Strategy & Commercialization to drive the spend management road-mapand success of card solutions that support the business.


Responsibilities

Product and Commercialization

  • Own and drive all stages of development for a business product. This includes but is not limited to planning & design, compiling resources, execution, and product marketing and go-to-market launches.
  • Acts as Product Ambassador and ensures products are developed and managed with a coordinated strategy, influencing digital product partners, vendors, and relationship management/sales teams
  • Demo products for clients and go-to-market teams to communicate platform value propositions

Partnership execution and stakeholder management

  • Tracks and reports progress to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Maintain day-to-day partnership with key vendors, internal & external partners
  • Collaborates with both internal and external parties to implement enhancements and resolve issues

Strategy and operating model

  • Market & Data Analysis - Conduct analysis of market trends including changing regulations, competitor options, and evolving customer needs. Recommends changes based on analysis results to increase profitability and product appeal.
  • Customer Engagement - Tracks customer experience through all stages of a product. Develop strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and acquisition.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Product Management

OR

High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Product Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advance Degree
  • Goal oriented, attentive to detail, and process oriented
  • Experience working with Commercial Card and Spend Management products, andin marketing and commercializing products.
  • Experience in Fintech, B2B payments, Business or Commercial banking, working with sales teams and other internal partners, as well as managing vendor relationships.
  • Experience working with engineers and technical product integrations, APIs
  • Proficient in data analysis, Excel, Tableau
  • A preferred candidate would be client focused, results and execution driven, naturally curious and eager to learn, an adaptive learner, have a bias for action, and is comfortable with communicating with clients for feedback.

The base pay for this position is generally between $125,000 and $175,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
