Overview The Gilbane Development Company is looking to hire a Property Manager, who is responsible for the overall operational, financial, and compliance performance of The Upland at Barnaby & 7th, a LIHTC multifamily community. This role provides on-site leadership and ensures the property operates efficiently, maintains full regulatory compliance, and delivers an exceptional resident experience. The Property Manager oversees leasing operations, LIHTC compliance adherence, rent collections, vendor coordination, maintenance collaboration, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate is highly organized, compliance-driven, resident-focused, and experienced in affordable housing operations. Responsibilities LIHTC Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Qualifications Required: Skills & Competencies: * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Deep attention to compliance detail. Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team. For Washington DC this ranges from $69,760.00 - $95,920.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
