Trademark Docketing Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Trademark Docketing Clerk to support our Trademark practice. This role works closely with attorneys and paralegals to manage and maintain critical trademark data, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely tracking of deadlines across a wide range of domestic and international matters.

• Maintain and update the trademark docketing database with deadlines and key details related to:
  • Domestic and foreign trademark applications and registrations
  • Trademark oppositions, cancellations, and invalidity proceedings
  • Third-party disputes
  • Domain name registrations and related matters
• Review docketing records regularly to ensure deadlines are accurately tracked and communicated to attorneys and paralegals.
• Identify and correct data inconsistencies and improve overall database organization.
• Generate deadline reports and status updates as needed.
• Prepare standard correspondence and client communications regarding trademark status updates, including registration certificates.
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to support efficient workflow and case management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by firm management.

Shift: Monday - Friday 9a-5p (in office)
