The Skills You Need To Make the Cut

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of CNC milling experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong knowledge of machine setup, operation, and programming
• Familiarity with tool selection, speeds, feeds, and precision measuring instruments
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and math skills

How You'll Keep Production Moving

You'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machinery used to create precision components. You'll inspect your work with calipers, micrometers, and gauges, ensuring every part meets tight tolerances. Each day brings something new - and as a CNC Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping production on track.
