Credence has an immediate opening for an Intelligence & BMC2 Integration Analyst supporting Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC/A2, A3C, and A3/2D).

The Contractor shall serve as an action officer supporting Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Battle Management Command and Control (BMC2) integration efforts to enhance operational effectiveness, readiness, and kill chain performance. This role supports implementation of Contingency Intelligence Network (CIN) capabilities and operationalization of the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Battle Network/Nexus in support of CJADC2 and Agile Combat Employment (ACE).

Specific Support Tasks are as follows:

  • The Contractor shall support ACC/A2, A3C, and A3/2D efforts to improve integration and operational effectiveness of ISR, Targeting, and BMC2 Force Elements across the kill chain.
  • The Contractor shall plan, coordinate, and execute Table-Top Exercises (TTX), Advanced Training Events (ATE), and Experiments/Exercises/Events (EEE) to enhance readiness and reduce integration risks across Intelligence-BMC2 operations.
  • The Contractor shall apply Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) methodologies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting C2, ISR, Targeting (C2ISR+T), and Unit Level Intelligence (ULI) capabilities.
  • The Contractor shall support development and execution of Contingency Intelligence Network (CIN) training and operational frameworks, improving interoperability across AOC, DCGS, Unit Intelligence, and targeting functions.
  • The Contractor shall develop and maintain risk registers, dashboards, and visualization tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Power BI) to track readiness risks, interdependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • The Contractor shall support Nexus experimentation and operational events (e.g., Shadow Operations Center-Nellis, CAOC-Experimental) to validate solutions, refine digital workflows, and integrate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities.
  • The Contractor shall analyze exercise and event data (e.g., Bamboo Eagle, MIDNIGHT Series, REFORPAC) to identify gaps, inform TTP development, and improve kill chain speed, scale, and automation.
  • The Contractor shall support development of codified, repeatable exercise frameworks that align personnel, systems, and TTPs across tactical and operational levels of the ISR enterprise.
  • The Contractor shall contribute to knowledge management (KM) processes, capturing lessons learned, best practices, and operational insights to improve enterprise-wide integration and readiness.
  • The Contractor shall assist in the development of CIN operational effectiveness assessments, including risk analysis and response strategies within classified environments (e.g., SIPRNET, JWICS).
  • The Contractor shall contribute to engagement work plans, applying appropriate consulting tools and methodologies to support program execution and deliverables.
  • The Contractor shall prepare briefings, reports, and decision-support products for senior leaders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and mission alignment.
  • The Contractor shall provide team leadership within assigned functional areas, directing junior staff and ensuring quality control of deliverables.
  • The Contractor shall identify risks, issues, and integration challenges, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve readiness, interoperability, and operational performance.

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) required.
  • 3-10 years of consulting and/or directly relevant experience in ISR, C2/BMC2 operations, targeting, or related Air Force/DoD mission areas.
  • Experience supporting or leading operational planning, exercises, or readiness initiatives within military environments.
  • Demonstrated experience applying analytical methodologies, including risk management, data analysis, and process improvement.
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder engagements, including coordination across MAJCOMs and operational units.
  • Ability to analyze operational challenges, assess alternatives, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Experience managing work plans, supporting deliverables, and ensuring quality control standards.
  • Ability to lead small teams or functional efforts, including directing and reviewing work of junior staff.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including development of executive-level briefings and reports.
  • Travel required:
    • 1-2 CONUS trips per quarter (2-5 days each)
    • 1-2 OCONUS trips (PACAF/USAFE, 4-5 days each)
    • 1 annual operational C2 exercise (1-2 weeks)
