Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Application Engineer with hands-on experience in Linux/Windows environments, data analytics, and KG tool integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and Python development, system integration, and troubleshooting within complex software ecosystems.

This role requires proactive problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate across technical teams, and a commitment to delivering robust data-driven solutions.

The Level 3 Application Engineer shall possess the following capabilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Perform Linux server system administration functions.
• Stand up, configure, and maintain Linux servers.
• Monitoring and patching/upgrades to Linux servers and AWS instances.
• Assist and incorporate security compliance controls as applicable.
• Support documentation of non-applicable controls.
• Assist with installation of new or replacement hardware or software.
• Configure and integrate hardware or software with existing networked infrastructure.
• Assist with decommission and/or removal of obsolete, excess, or replaced hardware.
• Document inventory changes.
• Proficient with Linux.
• Minimum of 3 years Linux server administration experience (within the last 3 years).
• Proficient with AWS. Minimum of 1 year of AWS experience (within the last year).
• Experience with either Ansible or Salt.

• Experience with patching and upgrading Linux servers and AWS instances.

Qualifications:

• All experience and education will be in a technical field directly related to the labor category being proposed and all diplomas, GED certificates, and degrees will be from accredited institutions.
• Ten (10) years minimum experience and a High School Diploma/GED. Eight (8) years minimum experience and an associate's degree. Six (6) years minimum experience and a Bachelor's Degree. Four (4) years minimum experience and a Master's Degree. Four (4) years minimum experience and a Doctorate's Degree.

Certifications Required:

• IAT Level II Certification.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph

Pay Range: 141,000-188,000
