The Office of the Dean is seeking an experienced, highly organized professional to serve as the Dean's Office Manager, supporting the School's senior leadership and ensuring the smooth operation of the Dean's Office. We welcome candidates from higher education, government, nonprofit, research, and private sector environments who have supported senior leaders in complex organizations. This is a front office position. This position plays a central role in the success of the Dean's Office and the School of Engineering. The Dean's Office Manager provides high-level administrative support to the Dean, Associate Deans, and the Academic Operations Officer, managing complex calendars, travel, and confidential correspondence. Key duties include acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and materials, and maintaining efficient office operations. The person in this role will interact regularly with faculty leadership, university administrators, industry partners, and community stakeholders, and must be able to represent the School and the Dean in a professional manner, with efficiency, discretion, and professionalism. Successful candidates bring exceptional judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a welcoming and highly professional environment for faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
