This role serves as the primary commercial owner for a highvisibility retail media business unit at a major U.S. retailer. The ideal candidate is both strategic and scrappy: someone who can independently identify opportunity, navigate a fragmented buying landscape, influence multiple decisionmakers, and progress complex deals from signal to close. This role requires comfort operating in ambiguity, building momentum without formal authority, and driving outcomes in an ecosystem where no single stakeholder owns the full solution. This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of $93,000.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
