Position Summary

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for client management, finding creativesolutionsandproducing great work. You should have a strong background in managing affiliate/partnership programs for Fortune 1000companies. The Account Manager rolewill report to theVPofPartnerships and Affiliate Outcomes and willmanageprograms across various financial services products. The primary goal will be to drive affiliate partnerships and generate revenue through effective affiliate marketing strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver results for clientsbyproposing fresh out-of-the-box ideas, effectively managing key clientobjectives, partnerrelationsand monitoring program performance


  • Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to achieve businessobjectivesand revenue targets


  • Support the launch of new affiliate programs from project plan development to achieving all milestones


  • Technically and in easy-to-understand language explain implementation, link creation, report generation and technology platform use


  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, ensuring a diverse network of high-quality affiliates


  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing support, guidance, and communication


  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics,optimizingcampaigns to maximize conversions and revenue


  • Overseebudgeting,forecasting &reporting--- manage client budgeting process, as well as monthly/weekly/daily forecasting and reporting


  • Lead strategic partner recruitmentand optimization


  • Passion for emerging media and the digital marketplace in general -demonstratesinterest and initiative to test new partner types and tacticswith client input and acceptance


  • Effectively communicate performance to the client and wider team with strategic direction for the program; lead the presentation ofperformance to the client


  • Present,justifyandadvocate forall recommendations to the client


  • Providerecommendations for scale and/or efficiency withintheaffiliate program


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall business strategies


  • Stayup-to-datewith industry trends and competitor activities toidentifynew opportunities and market developments


  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans forunderperforming affiliates


  • Prepare regular reports and presentations toshowcaseaffiliate program performance and recommendations for optimization


  • Ability toestablish, maintain, and revisea compliance review process for all affiliate marketing content



Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent work experience


  • 3-5years' experience working direct for Brand or within anAffiliate technology,or agency environment


  • Experience working with top-tier brands across multiple markets


  • Strong verbal, written, analytical and comprehension skills


  • Ability to work independently while effectively communicating and delegating to teammates in multiple locales


  • Proficient in managing multiple projects - ability to multi-task, organize,prioritizeand structure workload


  • Passion and strongproficiencyfor emerging media, digital trends, the digital marketplace in generaland best practices


  • Experience with leading affiliate platforms including Impact, CJ,Partnerize, and Awin; any certifications are a plus


  • Adept atleveragingthese platforms to drive performance and achieve client goals.


  • Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem, including publisher relationships, campaign analytics, and performance optimization.


  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within an agency setting, delivering results for diverse clients through strategic planning and execution.


  • Ability to work independently while effectively communicating with the team


  • Ability to collaborate and work within a fast-paced environment


  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.



Desired Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience with financial services clients is a plus


  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, SFDC,Hubspot, Tableau and other BI toolsis a plus

The salary range for this position is posted below.
