Department OverviewThe Design & Tools Organization (D&T) of the Centralized Managed and Support Operations Team (CMSO) is responsible for the design, implementation and deployment of service delivery models, processes, technologies, reports & analytics used by Motorola Solutions Global Services Organization. Job DescriptionThis role bridges the gap between the CMSO strategic vision and technical execution, directing the roadmap, development, and adoption of global field tools to drive operational excellence.
To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess exceptional strategic thinking, financial acumen for ROI modeling, and a strong command of the ITIL framework. They must balance high-level leadership with the technical ability to oversee complex system debugging and documentation. Target Base Salary Range:$140,000 - $150,000 Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
