Could This Be For You?

As Product Owner III, you'll be responsible for maximizing the value delivered by an agile product team. This role is focused on translating product vision and strategy into clear, actionable work - ensuring the team is always solving the right problems in the right order according to business value.

You'll work closely with manufacturing, clinical, engineering, and design partners to ensure solutions are usable, valuable, and feasible in real-world operations.

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in agile delivery, loves working closely with teams, and takes pride in turning complex needs into clear priorities.

We're looking for a SaaS Product Owner to lead the delivery of product capabilities that customers love-balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. You'll own the product backlog, translate strategy into executable work, and partner closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and stakeholders to ship high-quality features in an iterative, data-informed way

Your Impact

Own and continuously refine the product backlog: write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize work based on customer value and business impact.
  • Partner with Product Management and stakeholders to translate product strategy into roadmaps, releases, and sprint goals.
  • Lead discovery and definition: customer interviews, workflow mapping, requirements, and scope tradeoffs.
  • Collaborate daily with Engineering and Design to clarify requirements, unblock delivery, and make fast, informed decisions.
  • Define and track success metrics (adoption, activation, retention, NPS/CSAT, conversion, churn, ARR impact) and use insights to iterate.
  • Validate solutions through prototypes, betas, A/B tests, and customer feedback loops.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies and communicate status, risks, and scope changes clearly.
  • Ensure releases are "ready for customers" with documentation, enablement, and go-to-market coordination.
  • Continuously balance user needs, business value, and technical considerations
  • What Success looks like:
    • High-quality, well-groomed backlog that enables predictable delivery
    • Improved feature adoption/activation and measurable customer outcomes
    • Reduced churn drivers through usability and workflow improvements
    • Faster cycle time from idea shipped learned
  • Translate Vision into Execution
    • Partner with Product Managers, Technology leads and business stakeholders to understand product vision, goals, and outcomes
    • Break down initiatives into incremental, valuable deliverables for the team
    • Ensure day-to-day work aligns with strategic intent and priorities
  • Support Agile Delivery
    • Act as the primary product voice for the development team
    • Participate actively in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
    • Be available to clarify requirements, answer questions, and make scope trade-off decisions quickly
  • Collaborate in Discovery
    • Work with design, engineering, and stakeholders to validate ideas through discovery, feedback, and experimentation
    • Help test assumptions using prototypes, data, and user feedback
    • Incorporate learnings into backlog refinement and prioritization
    • Deliver Value and Measure Impact
    • Define and track success metrics for delivered features
    • Support release planning and post-launch validation
    • Use data and feedback to continuously improve outcomes
    • Partner Across the Organization
    • Collaborate with manufacturing, clinical, operational, and technical teams
    • Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with real operational workflows
    • Communicate priorities, progress, and trade-offs with clarity and transparency
