AsRobotaxiPrograms Technical Lead, you willbe responsibleforcreatingtheproduct and locationdeployment strategyfor Robotaxi. Success will requiredrivingsynergyand delivered resultsacross all aspects of the business profile, including software development, vehicle design, charging, service, policy, and business.You will create functional applications to effectively communicate deployment plans while also leading the program development roadmap of Robotaxi products. To meetthegoals forRobotaxiyou will need to behighlymotivated with exceptional management and organizational skills.A technical background is key given how closely you will be working across a broad group of engineering teams.Additionally,quick thinking and sound judgement under pressure isrequired. What You'll Do
  • Create, align, and execute on a Robotaxi product deployment strategy
  • Build software applications that unify key stakeholders with critical program information
  • Align deployment plans acrossengineering orgs ofvehicle, software, charging,and serviceto ensure
  • Lead the development of the hardware and vehicle product roadmap in Robotaxi
  • Evaluate product feedback, drive productimprovements,and implementation planning
  • Prepare executive materials driving key business decisions, including spending and expansion
  • Build supportive dataassistingin theprogress of AV policy from state to global level

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in AutomotiveEngineering,Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Experience and understanding of Rideshare, Fleet operations, preferred
  • Experience with data acquisition, analysis, and processing tools, a plus
  • Knowledge of software connected devices, especially vehicles, a plus
  • Experience in an engineering environment with responsibility for implementing efficient changes and streamlining processes
  • Ability to be resourceful, and autonomously drive solutions in ambiguous problem spaces
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced R&D environment on several different projects
  • Experience with Jira, SharePoint, Confluence
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating with multiple cross functional teams

    Expected Compensation
    $112,000 - $253,200/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
