Sr Data Analyst

To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX. If you're located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.

IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE

You'll play a key role in transforming how BECU understands and connects with its members through data. By partnering closely with Marketing leaders, you'll turn complex campaign data into clear, actionable insights that shape strategy and drive results. Your work will help ensure the right message reaches the right audience-improving engagement across products like credit cards, auto loans, mortgages, and more. You'll build the analytical foundation that allows teams to measure success and continuously improve. In doing so, you'll directly influence how we serve and support our members.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Campaign Analytics & Insights: You'll lead analysis of marketing campaigns, helping teams understand performance, audience engagement, and opportunities to improve results across lending and deposit products.

• Data Exploration & SQL Development: You'll write advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets, ensuring accuracy and usability for marketing decisions.

• Dashboard Development: You'll design and build intuitive Tableau dashboards that give stakeholders clear visibility into campaign performance and key metrics.

• Data Storytelling & Communication: You'll translate complex datasets into compelling, easy-to-understand insights and present them to marketing partners and leadership.

• Audience & Campaign Tracking: You'll help define and measure how campaigns reach and influence target audiences, identifying trends and actionable opportunities.

• Cross-Functional Partnership: You'll collaborate closely with Marketing leaders, including senior stakeholders, to align analytics with business goals and campaign strategy.

• Process & Reporting Improvements: You'll identify ways to improve data tracking, reporting consistency, and analytical efficiency across marketing initiatives.

• Mentorship & Best Practices: You'll support and guide junior analysts while contributing to stronger analytics standards and knowledge sharing across the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science) or equivalent experience required.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant data analysis experience with familiarity with cloud platforms such as Snowflake & Azure using SQL, Python, and data prep tools such as Alteryx as well as working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent visualization tools required.

• Experience with mathematical formulas and intermediate knowledge of statistics and understanding of KPI concepts required.

• Advanced project management and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to diverse stakeholders required

• Advanced degree preferred.

• Experience supporting marketing analytics, campaign tracking, or audience insights
