Introduction to the jobASML US is seeking a strategic, business oriented Employment Counsel to join its US Legal and Compliance team and serve as a key leader overseeing employment law matters across the full employee lifecycle, litigation and dispute resolution, workplace investigations, compliance training and policy development, and workplace violence prevention and threat management. Reporting to the US Head of Ethics, Compliance, and Employment Law, the Employment Counsel will serve as a trusted advisor to Human Resources and business leadership, responsible for a variety of employment legal matters. This role calls for a collaborative and respectful partner who engages constructively with stakeholders, embraces differing viewpoints, and delivers practical, business focused solutions that extend beyond traditional legal guidance. This position is based in Chandler, Arizona. Relocation is available. The position requires onsite presence to attend in-person training, meetings and events and to ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation. A flexible workplace arrangement, up to two days' work from home per week, is available. Domestic and international travel as required.
