JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Machine production parts efficiently, accurately, and safely to meet production demands.
* Perform CNC programming, setup, and operation to support production and engineering needs.
* Utilize Mastercam 2026 software to support programming, process optimization, and machining improvements.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure alignment with project requirements and schedules.
* Continuously improve machining processes to meet quality standards and cost objectives.
* Prioritize tasks based on project schedules, product needs, and production demands.
* Complete internal and external customer requests within budgeted hours and timelines.
* Develop a working understanding of company systems and contribute to process and system improvements.
* Operate and maintain CNC machinery, including HAAS DT-2 4-axis high-speed drill and tap machines.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Associate"s degree in a related field and/or 3-5 years of relevant machining experience.
* Hands-on experience with CNC machining, programming, and setup.
* Proficiency with Mastercam 2026 software.
* Experience with manual mills and lathes.
* Strong communication and mathematical skills.
* Ability to learn new technologies and achieve CNC programming proficiency within one year.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet production deadlines.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:
* Working knowledge of CNC machining processes and production environments.
* Experience operating HAAS DT-2 4-axis machines with milling capabilities.
* Understanding of quality management systems and production workflows.
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and production.
* Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives in machining processes.

PREFERRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
* Journeyman-level machining experience.
* Experience with high-speed machining and multi-axis CNC equipment.
* Familiarity with business systems and process improvement methodologies.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
