Senior Manager, Business Systems (Hybrid)

This position will develop and modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Include analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper systems requirements specifications.

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110.

Position Compensation Range:

$113,000.00 - $194,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Accountabilities
* Create a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by facilitating and fostering trust, transparency, and inclusion. Work with team members to set clear goals, provide feedback, perform performance assessments, and support on-going development.
* Lead with influence and expertise. Actively contribute to division or department leadership team. Communicate and support organization mission, vision, values, policies, and practices.
* Lead a business systems team focused on user support, problem reporting and resolution, process and business rule management and documentation, project ideation and initiation, test planning, and user acceptance testing for existing and new business systems
* Work with department leadership to establish the business systems vision for the division and manage the implementation of that vision.
* Collaborate with technology areas on resource capacity, system maintenance issues, and divisional project implementations.
* Establish a business systems technology platform strategic vision.
* Research trends in business technology innovations and best makes recommendations on future direction and technical vision.
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal business partners to stay current with activities and business technology techniques, products, services, and trends.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements.
* Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
* Demonstrated experience in the configuration, support, analysis and problem solving related to enterprise systems.
* Solid knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools.
* Solid knowledge and understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC).
* Demonstrated experience managing relationships with internal and external partners.
* Demonstrated effective leadership skills.
* Solid knowledge of business systems and how to apply them to leverage efficiencies in a business environment.

Additional Specialized Knowledge & Skills

*Background with identity access management, SSO, hardware, and/or security automation desired.
