Seeking an experienced MDM Manager / Architect to lead and support enterprise master data initiatives across Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Database Infrastructure. This role will play a critical, handson leadership position in the implementation and ongoing optimization of Profisee MDM, ensuring trusted, highquality master data that supports reporting, analytics, and operational systems. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in Profisee and SQL Server-based MDM solutions with the ability to guide teams, partner with business stakeholders, and deliver solutions in a qualitydriven, production environment. MDM & Profisee Platform Ownership -Design, implement, configure, and support Profisee MDM solutions aligned with enterprise data and analytics needs. -Define master data domains, hierarchies, business rules, and matching/merging logic within Profisee. -Own MDM workflows, stewardship processes, and data governance standards. SQL Server & Data Engineering -Provide handson expertise in SQL Server and TSQL, including stored procedures, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. -Lead or support ETL/ELT integrations (SSIS or equivalent) between source systems, Profisee, and downstream BI platforms. -Support Data Warehouse and Data Mart initiatives with clean, governed master data. Data Quality, Integration & Performance -Establish monitoring and remediation processes for data quality issues. -Partner with BI (Power BI) and application teams to resolve data inconsistencies and integration defects. -Optimize system performance and ensure scalable, reliable data pipelines. Leadership & Delivery -Own MDM initiatives from requirements through production support. -Coach and mentor MDM developers, data engineers, and analysts. -Collaborate with leadership on project planning, resourcing, and technical strategy. Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration -Work closely with BI, Database Infrastructure, and application teams. -Support onshore and offshore delivery models, ensuring quality standards are met. -Assist in evaluating vendor solutions and guiding technical execution. Skills mdm, profisee, tsql Top Skills Details mdm,profisee,tsql Additional Skills & Qualifications -Proven experience with Profisee MDM in a production enterprise environment (required). -Strong background with SQL Server, TSQL, SSIS, and data integration tools. -Experience supporting Power BI or downstream analytics platforms. -Understanding of data governance, stewardship models, and MDM best practices. -Experience working in healthcare, regulated, or datasensitive environments preferred. -Experience in contracttohire or blended onshore/offshore delivery models. -Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
