Overview Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is an independent, nonprofit organization providing adult cancer treatment and groundbreaking research focused on cancer and infectious diseases. Based in Seattle, Fred Hutch is the only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center in Washington. The Administrative Manager works provides complex specialized administrative and operational support for Office of the Chief Data Officer team. Serving as the first point of contact for internal and external partners including OCDO staff, IT, Facilities, and HR, the Administrative Manager role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a wide range of administrative, project, and program activities, including space, supply and equipment coordination, planning of team-wide and community events, and onboarding processes. Applies sound judgment in interpreting and applying institutional policies, handling sensitive and confidential information, and representing the department with professionalism and discretion. Manages administrative operations, resolves operational issues as they arise, and collaborates closely with other administrative team members. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for OCDO staff members, providing day-to-day operational support.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $84,490 to $126,714, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications. This position may be eligible for relocation assistance.
