Skills You'll Need 1+ years of warehouse or shipping experience Ability to perform physical work and remain on feet for extended periods Basic understanding of warehouse and shipping processes Experience with RF scanners or warehouse systems (preferred, not required) Forklift certification preferred; strong hands-on experience may be considered Ability to follow instructions and work within structured processes Dependability and consistent attendance Willingness to learn and follow direction Team-oriented mindset Strong attention to detail and accuracy Your Day-to-Day Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for shipment Load and unload shipments in a safe and efficient manner Follow established shipping and warehouse procedures Verify order accuracy and maintain attention to detail Utilize RF scanners or similar systems (if applicable) Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to support daily operations Crew Perks with Attitude Weekly pay - no guessing, no waiting.
