TITLE: Customer Service Representative II
POSITION OBJECTIVE: To provide exceptional customer support and account management by building strong client relationships, resolving inquiries with efficiency and professionalism, and delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. This role aims to serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood, addressed promptly, and aligned with company policies, service standards, and longterm business goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must, with the ability to learn and navigate an ERP or AS400 system.
- Your ability to recall facts, situational data, and procedural details will be essential in fulfilling your responsibilities.
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to handle job stress with professionalism and grace.
- Exceptional teamwork, communication, and customer service skills are essential as you interact with colleagues and customers.
- Physical requirements are typical of a regular office environment, ensuring your comfort and well-being.
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The forefront of our customer interactions, processing production orders, sample requests, claims, and more, ensuring timely responses and addressing customer needs with care and attention.
- Liaison between customers and various departments, ensuring that all issues and requests are coordinated and resolved efficiently.
- Managing daily reports and take necessary actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ownership of assigned accounts, handling orders, samples, inquiries, and other tasks to uphold our commitment to exceptional service.
- Processing orders and sample requests will be among your primary responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Responding to inquiries from customers and internal departments.
- Reviewing and taking action based on reports, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts.
- Enter new customer data, coordinate orders, samples, and account setup, collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer delight.
- You'll be ready to tackle any additional functions or special projects that arise, embracing the dynamic
- Process stock releases: new stock, revised stock, samples.
- Digitally check stock releases.
- Process product transfers: components, raw material, and finished goods.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments: forward shipping paperwork, confirm order pick up, etc.
- Revise invoices when applicable.
- Confirm pricing.
- Send inventory reports.
- Annual duties: turn over year-end files.
- Work closely with other departments: production, accounting, and shipping and receiving.
- Adhering to company procedures, you'll uphold our standards of excellence and direction, contributing to our success and growth.
- Other duties as assigned.
