Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, forklift, or labor experience preferred
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in hot, humid, and outdoor conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Dependable with good attendance

The Day-to-Day

• Load, unload, and transport pepper mash barrels using forklifts or other equipment
• Store and organize mash barrels in designated warehouse areas
• Assist with inventory tracking and documentation of mash batches
• Inspect barrels for leaks, damage, or quality concerns
• Follow proper handling procedures for aged mash (including rotation and staging)
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Assist production teams by delivering mash as needed
• Follow all company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Work outdoors and in varying weather conditions as needed
