Position summary: Responsible for leading JMT's water and wastewater projects across the Washington, DC metropolitan area, this role works closely with clients in the District of Columbia and surrounding communities in Maryland and Virginia to deliver reliable, high quality infrastructure solutions. The position offers the opportunity to grow within an employee owned firm that values collaboration, accountability, and long term relationships with the communities we serve. The Senior Project Manager serves as a trusted advisor to municipal and utility clients, overseeing projects from early planning through delivery to ensure expectations are met for scope, schedule, and budget. This individual plays a visible role in building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting business development and pursuit efforts aligned with regional growth priorities. In addition to project oversight, the role includes leading and mentoring project teams, fostering collaboration across disciplines, and ensuring work reflects JMT's commitment to client service, quality, and sustainable community outcomes. Compensation is $180,000 to $210,000 annually, commensurate with experience, education, and licensure. JMT offers outstanding opportunities for career and professional growth. Working Conditions: Work is performed within a general office environment 95% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment. Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required as needed.
