Operate and maintain the paint booths within the Lebanon COE. Maintain in accordance with current environmental and safety standards. Key Job Responsibilities
Inspect the operating mechanisms in the paint boot prior to operation Insure that manometer and exhausts are working properly Insure that paint gun spray nozzle is appropriate for application Properly clean paint guns and nozzles The above statements reflect general details and do not contain all work requirements of the job Properly store all paint in approved fire-proof cabinets Check paint supply and type for the application Make sure the product is free from contaminants (oil. grease, rust, dirt, etc.) prior to commencing the paint process Use fork truck or hoist to move part into the paint booth Ensure materials are supported properly to allow for access in all areas that will require paint The above statements reflect general details and do not contain all work requirements of the job Qualifications/Requirements
