Position Summary:

Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them.

In the Technology Product Manager position, you'll lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of product solutions within our DSSI and ASG lines of business. You'll own the full product lifecycle, engage customers to shape the roadmap, and use market insights, data, and experimentation to guide investment decisions. Working cross-functionally with business, engineering, and analytics teams, you'll ensure that each product delivers measurable impact, aligns with strategic goals, and leverages AI to drive innovation and efficiency.

What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technology products within a defined business line
  • Conduct ongoing customer discovery to uncover pain points, test ideas, and validate product direction
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company goals, customer needs, and market trends
  • Regularly assess the competitive landscape and market shifts; share quarterly updates with stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to embed AI or automation into products to improve value, reduce effort, or differentiate the experience
  • Define and track product performance metrics (e.g., adoption, utilization, retention) and lead efforts to improve them
  • Use financial modeling to inform prioritization and guide product investment decisions
  • Collaborate with finance to evaluate product profitability and contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting
  • Run product experiments in partnership with tech and data teams, surfacing insights and guiding next steps
  • Partner with engineering, sales, UX, and operations to ensure successful launch, delivery, and support of key product features
  • Maintain clear product documentation and communication strategies to align internal teams and stakeholders

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related technical or business field
  • 3+ years of experience managing software products or technologies
  • Proven experience with product discovery, customer research, and roadmap development
  • Ability to use product metrics and financial data to inform prioritization and trade-offs
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience, especially with engineering and go-to-market teams
  • Ability to travel by car and/or plane up to 15%

Additional Items of Interest:

  • MBA degree preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS platforms or B2B digital product management
