Job Overview Haworth is currently looking for Seasonal Manufacturing Membersto join our manufacturing team in Holland, MI. This opportunity is primarily to provide coverage during the summer months as well as during holidays for our full time manufacturing members. Start and end dates can be flexible and shift availability may vary. As a Seasonal Manufacturing Member you may: Assembleproducts, installhardware, and/or compileparts kits. Utilizevarious tools to complete job requirements. Hang or remove parts from a paint line. Providematerial handling support to manufacturing workstations utilizing powered industrial trucks (hilo or forklift). Assist withfacilitymaintenance duties. If selected, rate of pay will be determined based on position placement. Thorough training is provided before working independently. Here at Haworth, our Seasonal Manufacturing Workers are eligible for the following: On-site gym open 24 hours Ability to return to work for Haworth during future breaks Opportunity for overtime (Paid at time and a half) Ability to participate in networking and learning opportunities throughout the summer Zero waste to landfill company which provides personal on-site recycling drop-off The opportunity to learn and/or qualify for future Haworth employment opportunities & benefits Required & Preferred Qualifications Required Qualifications: 18 years old or older by June 1, 2026 8th grade education or higher Preferred Qualifications: Has a family member currently working at Haworth High school or GED diploma Attending college Some manufacturing experience Ideally, you have the ability to learn some of the following skills with training: Ability to use basic hand, air, cordless, and/or electric tools. Ability to utilize appropriate electronic production system and maintenance management system to complete job duties, along with the respective technology tools, e.g. personal computer (PC), tablet, keyboard, mouse, RF gun. Ability to or ability to learn to read and follow basic blueprints. Good color perception. Strong manual dexterity.
