The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the organization's strategic goals. This position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to creating formal job offers, while providing a positive experience for the candidate and hiring leaders. The TA Specialist partners closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to ensure a seamless hiring experience that aligns with the organization's mission, vision, and values. Key Responsibilities
Schedule: Hybrid schedule (onsite and remote) Monday-Friday, 8-5 Salary Information Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field. Experience: One (1) year of professional recruiting experience in one or more areas of recruitment life-cycle; assessing needs, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening candidates, interviewing, negotiating offers, and on-boarding. Equivalency: Professional recruiting experience, beyond stated requirements, may substitute for the Bachelor's degree requirement on a year for year basis. If organizational goals are met for the year, the bonus is paid out the following April.
