Job Title: Associate DirectorDepartment: Student Services - Financial Aid and Compliance (Kimura Leonard)FLSA: United States of America (Exempt)Location: Philadelphia CampusUnder the general supervision of the PCOM Chief Student Services Officer, this position plays a pivotal role in the efficient and effective administration of financial aid programs at the college. Responsibilities include assisting in the management of federal, state, institutional, and private aid programs for both current and prospective students. Additionally, the incumbent will spearhead initiatives to optimize the delivery of financial aid to PCOM students, while overseeing the work assignments of two Assistant Directors of Financial Aid to ensure the seamless provision of student financial services and exceptional customer service. Starting Salary:$70,000.00 annually The referenced salary range is based on PCOM good faith belief at the time of posting.
