Senior Product Manager

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy and roadmap
  
• Align product goals with business objectives and market needs
  
• Gather and prioritize customer requirements and feedback
  
• Conduct pricing, positioning, messaging, and launch planning
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunties for innovation
  
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality product delivery
  
• Collaborate with architects and designers to approve and refine offering
  
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support

• Bachelor's or Master'sDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
• Prior product management ownership a software product with minimum 8+ years of relevant experience
  
• Deep understanding of AI algorithms, neural networks, and machine learning models.
  
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI models and managing data infrastructure.
  
• Experience defining product strategy and product roadmaps
  
• Adept at synthesizing and presenting data in a digestible manner to diverse audiences
  
• Demonstrated strong sense of industry trends and developments.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualification Requirements:

• MBA or equivalent
  
• Experience working within the network test industry
  
• Comprehensive understanding of Ethernet technology
  
• Previous experience in software development or data engineering
  
• Hands-on experience working with AI training workloads, data pipelines, and cloud-based AI solutions
• Strong public speaking & writing skills - Authors industry standards, sparks technical innovation across organization

Pay is based on experience, education and skills, most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

California pay range: MIN $193,840 - MAX $323,070

Note:For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
