Sr. Associate, Property Marketing - JLL

What this job involves:

The Property Marketing Sr. Associate works with the property marketing team to support marketing activities associated with helping commercial real estate owners market their existing buildings or buildable land to prospective occupants and developers. This role demands a storyteller who can communicate cohesively and simply, possesses an acute eye for detail, and excels at managing multiple projects and priorities. You will serve as the central point of contact for new projects, manage workflows and approval processes, coordinate with design teams and vendors, organize broker engagement events, and track digital results. This position contributes directly to JLL's business objectives by ensuring our property marketing efforts align with best practices and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Serve as the central point of contact for new property marketing projects and requests, managing workflow and approval processes for all assigned marketing tactics
  • Collaborate with marketers, business partners, and third-party vendors to gather content and execute marketing tactics including brochure development, email campaigns, social media tiles, websites, direct mail, events, and technology solutions
  • Coordinate with internal and external design teams and vendors to ensure project timelines are met while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Develop creative briefs, support cross-channel strategy planning, and oversee photography, videography, and vendor coordination for assigned properties
  • Track marketing plans and budgets, manage digital results and reporting cadence, and maintain a portfolio of marketing deliverables to share best-in-class creative with your network
  • Build and maintain internal stakeholder, external vendor, and client relationships while presenting marketing strategies and recommendations to clients
  • Plan and execute broker engagement events including open houses, managing outside vendors and logistics

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a marketing and/or business development role, preferably in a fast-paced work environment
  • Adobe InDesign proficiency
  • Advanced Microsoft Office product knowledge - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated adaptability and ability to maintain effectiveness in varying environments and with various types of people
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work on a variety of different projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable and confident taking charge of projects or situations to meet business and client goals
  • Team-oriented approach; works well with others in a cross-functional manner to get the job done
  • Self-starter mentality; able to start and complete projects independently with minimal direction
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
