Pay From: $145,000 per year


MUST:

Experienced IT Project Manager

Must have an active secret clearance

10+ years supporting or leading federal civilian, law enforcement, or homeland security programs.

3+ years managing programs or portfolios with annual revenues of $5M-$15M or greater.

Strong experience in program management, staffing, budgeting, and resource planning within federal mission environments.

Demonstrated experience supporting DOJ or DHS programs, or similar federal civilian agencies.

Experience supporting business development, capture management, or proposal efforts within federal markets.

Background delivering enterprise IT, cybersecurity, cloud, or mission systems programs within government environments.

PMP certification required

DUTIES:

Work closely with component CIO organizations, mission program offices, and technical stakeholders to ensure programs align with enterprise IT modernization, cybersecurity, and mission system priorities.

Support customers in implementing secure IT solutions, cybersecurity frameworks, cloud modernization, and enterprise IT services.

Coordinate with internal teams and industry partners to deliver scalable, mission-focused technology solutions supporting law enforcement and homeland security missions.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional development.

Establish consistent program governance, delivery processes, and operational best practices across assigned programs.

Mentor Program Managers and Task Leads to strengthen delivery capabilities and leadership development.

Support corporate leadership in executing growth strategies across DOJ and DHS markets.

Align program execution with organizational priorities and customer mission needs.

Monitor market trends, customer priorities, and emerging technologies relevant to law enforcement, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT services.

Support business development and capture activities to drive organic growth and successful recompetes

Identify opportunities for on-contract growth, capability expansion, and new program support aligned with customer mission priorities.

Participate in capture management activities including customer engagement, solution development, and proposal support for new and recompete opportunities.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with program offices, contracting officers, and mission stakeholders
