  • Guide customers through Spectrum products and services to ensure a seamless experience from welcome to checkout
  • Apply sales strategies toidentifyopportunities and achieve sales goals
  • Educate customers and provide solutions tailored to their needs with comprehensive knowledge of Spectrum offerings
  • Support store leadership and team members byassistingwith inventory control, cashmanagementand handling escalations
  • Mentor Store Specialists by sharing sales expectations,toolsand resources
  • Maintain store appearance according to planogram directives and accurately process payment transactions
  • Provide constructive feedback to store leadershipregardingsales opportunities and operations

  • Operate in a retail environment with moderate noise
  • Required to wear a uniform

Required Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience

Skills

  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Basic mathproficiency
  • Ability to work scheduled shift hours and overtime as needed
  • Stand for prolonged periods andlift upto 35lbs
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with employees,customersand suppliers in person, by phone and in writing
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and a competitive drive to exceed sales goals
  • Carry a positive and professional demeanor
  • Pay attention to detail and solve problems effectively
  • Use computers and software applications
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment
  • Prioritize, organizeeffectivelyand work independently
