Job Title: Enterprise Technology Systems Contractor. Location: Merrifield, VA. Roles and Responsibilities: We are looking for a Level 1 contractor with 1-5 years of experience to support campus workstation conversions and IT labor. This is an on-site role with flexibility to move between Winchester and Vienna campuses. Perform physical workstation conversions: equipment setup/removal, cable management, staging, and basic asset handling. Ability to lift and move boxes of IT equipment and work on feet for extended periods. Strong customer service skills for limited customer-facing work, such as laptop swaps/upgrades. Basic understanding of IT fundamentals, including Windows, peripherals, docks, monitors, and connectivity. Comfortable following documented processes for device imaging and secure wiping of returned devices. Strong organization and attention to detail when tracking converted, staged, and returned equipment. Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
