General Summary of Position: This being a promotional opportunity, only current UML Employees within the same Bargaining unit are eligible to apply for this position. The Associate Head Coach of Women's Soccer assists with the organization and supervision of all aspects of the Women's Soccer team within the parameters designated by the university, the America East Conference and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). Essential Job Duties: 1. Assist with all aspects of student-athlete development and performance of the women's intercollegiate soccer program, to include: * Serving as the Primary Recruiting Coordinator for all prospective student-athletes domestically and internationally; manages the recruitment schedule and appropriately assigns staff to live and video evaluation. 2. Assist with oversight of administrative functions within the women's intercollegiate soccer program: * Working with the media department to execute social media strategy for the women's soccer program. 3. Provide supervision of staff of the women's intercollegiate soccer program by: * Assigning responsibilities to part-time or volunteer staff 4. Participate in promotional and public relations to advance athletic programs by: * Providing assistance with departmental fund-raising. Promote the University's commitment to customer service by:

This is a Non-unit Professional position. This position is full-time, benefited and non-unit in the Associate Head Coach grade of SC4. Anticipated salary based on qualifications/experience with range: minimum of $60,000, 25th quartile of: $67,500 and midpoint of $75,000.
