Posting Date 04/03/2026 2000 16th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202, United States of AmericaThe Senior Manager, Clinical Programs, will play a key role in helping DaVita transition and stabilize its CKD Medicare Advantage model of care as it moves from launch into run state. This teammate will work across clinical transformation, operations, patient engagement, reporting, and functional role leads to help translate a new care model into a durable operating model. This role is best suited for a strong healthcare operator who is comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at turning fragmented work into clear decisions, action plans, and management mechanisms. The person in this seat will help create visibility into what is operational, what is still maturing, where risks sit, and what needs to be resolved to support performance in year 1. The successful candidate will bring strong cross-functional leadership, disciplined follow-through, and the ability to synthesize complex clinical and operational issues into practical recommendations for senior leadership.
