About the role:As a Senior Manager Performance Improvement you will be the Global Manufacturing experienced candidate for Nuclear Safety Culture (NSC), Human Performance (HuP), Corrective Action Program, Observations (OBS), Self-Assessment (SA), Benchmarking (BM), Operating Experience (OE), and Trending, includes defining standards, processes and expectations for implementation of these programs across Global Manufacturing. Provide direction, oversight, support, and maintenance of site implementing program processes, procedures, reports, and tools. Support analysis of Corrective Action Program (CAP) and observation trends for identification of precursors/gaps and recommend actions to reverse negative trends. Support monthly Management Review Meetings (MRM) and support NSC Champion/HuP meetings and quarterly Nuclear Safety Culture Monitoring Panels. Perform observations and coaching to strengthen the desired behaviors. Support site assessments and projects. Assist site organizations in the identification and implementation of self-assessments, benchmarks, and operating experience. Support Performance Improvement training for leaders, employees, pre-outage training and just in time training. Communicate Key Performance Indicator monthly reports. You will report to the Sr. Director Regulatory, and Nuclear Safety. This is a remote position. Key Responsibilities:
